These terms and conditions ("the Terms") govern the users ("you" or "your") use of the

MobileWorld Gadget Store® and your relationship with Upstage interior Solutions Ltd ("we", "our" or "us"). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access nor use the Website.


By using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms.


All products purchased from this web site are covered by a 12 month warranty, in relation to defective materials or workmanship from the date that they are purchased from us, under which your products may be repaired free of charge by sending the product back to us for repair. Please note that the shipping fee incurred in sending the item to us for repair is to be borne by the customer.

For products covered with international warranty, please send to your local service center for repair/replacement by presenting the warranty card to them (this warranty card will be sent together with your shipment).

For products not covered with international warranty, please send to us by Fedex or DHL or other reliable shipping company for repair. Kindly note that buyer is solely liable for any shipment lost-in-transit.


If you have a complaint about our service, please let us know in writing. All complaints will be acknowledged within two working days. We will seek to resolve all complaints within 3 days and will keep you advised as to what is happening throughout the resolution process.


Please allow 48 hours for an order to be processed (prior to shipping). If we require additional time we will update your order status accordingly.

Since shipments do not ship on Sundays (even for express shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: an overnight order leaving our warehouse on a Saturday will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.


Any applicable Sales taxes have been included in the price you pay. No further taxes will be charged, unless when necessary.


Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order after payment confirmation. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in separate Parcel. There will not be extra delivery charges for these delivery cases.

Your order should not take any more than 2-3 working days to arrive, however, this is guaranteed and we cannot be held responsible for events outside of our control. If you have not received your order within 20 working days you should contact our Customer Support team.


The period in which you can exercise the right to cancel an order is 30 days beginning the day after your goods are received. The cancellation request has to be received by us in writing - by email, or letter. The unused goods (including any accessories which were included in the price of the goods) must be returned at the customer's expense within 30 days after receipt of parcel and customer is responsible for any damage during the transit of the returned goods, (it also applies to products purchased as Christmas presents). We reserve the right to have the goods inspected by a technician prior to replacement or refund. Please note that software packages may only be returned unopened. Should you cancel your order within the cooling off period we will issue you a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s). Any cancellation made outside the 30 day "cooling-off" period may not be accepted.

Note: Cancelling of Order cant be done when delivery is yet to be received by receiver. If a delivery is still on process, cancel of Order wont be approved


In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Please send the product back to us in the original packaging and a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, whichever is your preference. Please note that we are unable to offer a refund if you notify us about the damaged goods after more than 30 days starting the day after receipt of goods.


In the unlikely event that goods need to be returned to us, it is imperative that a Return Policy is obtained first to enable us to process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible.

A return policy is only effective for 15 days starting from the day the customer received the item.

The condition of a return policy:

1. The products is still factory sealed and unused. This includes the box and all the original accessories contained within the box.

2. All shipping and insurance charges are the customers responsibility.

3. All other fee associated to the sales of the product will not be entitled for refund.

4. The return of the products must be shipped by Courier and a tracking number must be provided to us within 3 working days once approved for return.

Failure to meet the above return policy, we will consider the product as sold. Losses arise from the agreed return terms will be fully borne by customer. Any additional charges arise must be fully paid to us before refunding is made.
